VOLUNTEER FOR
NAVIDAD TÁCTICA

December 19, 2026 · The Caribbean's flagship Tactical Fitness event.
Applications close November 19, 2026. Limited spots.

Edition 1 was made possible by 18 volunteers.
Edition 2 needs 30 - and we'd like you to be one of them.

This isn't background work. It's frontline crew.

Every volunteer sees the event happen from the inside.

WHAT WE'RE ASKING FOR

The commitment, in plain language.

TIME

Saturday, December 19: event day (6:30 AM  6:00 PM).
Most roles are one full day. Some roles are both.

ATTITUDE

Show up on time. Follow safety protocols. Support athletes and each other. Handle pressure without drama. If the day goes long, you stay.

RANGE READINESS

You'll be on a live-fire property. Basic range awareness required. No firearms handling needed unless assigned to specific roles. Full briefing on Friday.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

Pick where you fit. We'll finalize assignments after review.

EVENT OPERATIONS

Athlete check-in, waivers, wristbands, division tracking, and general logistics coordination.

STAGE CREW

Setting up and resetting fitness stages, moving equipment, timing coordination, and supporting Range Officers during athlete rotations.

SPECTATOR & FAMILY ZONES

Managing spectator areas, family zones, and the Christmas village. Directing traffic, answering questions, keeping spectators safe and engaged.

RANGE SUPPORT

Support role for Range Officers at live-fire stages. Assisting with ammunition management, target reset, and athlete flow between shooting stations.

MEDIA CAPTURE

Photography, video, social media content. Capturing the day for post-event marketing and sponsor deliverables. You bring your own gear; we tell you what we need.

HOSPITALITY & CULTURE

Christmas village operations, food and beverage coordination, parranda music transitions, sponsor booth support. The vibe crew.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Before you apply. Read this.

Age: 18 or older by December 19, 2026. No exceptions.

Fluency: Comfortable communicating in either Spanish or English (bilingual preferred but not required).

Availability: Confirm your schedule before applying. If you can't commit to your assigned day(s), let us know before November 19.

Physical capacity: Most roles involve standing, walking, or light-moderate physical work for extended hours. If you have physical limitations, tell us on the form - we have roles that fit different capacities.

Safety commitment: You must attend the mandatory volunteer briefing on Friday, December 18 (afternoon). No briefing, no crew.

Attitude: This is not a hangout. It's crew work. Show up ready, stay ready, leave when the work's done.
